The Training Station Pilates Workshops
A great opportunity to take part in a matwork-based Pilates class. This class is suitable for anyone who has never experienced the powers of Pure Pilates. The movements are designed to focus on the body for mobility, strength and lengthening. Also to concentrate on movement quality and body awareness.
An extension of the basic Pilates class this session will focus on lengthening the muscles with stretches. Finishing with relaxation this is a great way to finish your weekend feeling completely revived.
